Box ?07 <br /> Concord, NC 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr, MeGinnis: <br /> <br /> Yesterday I met with the Domiciliary Home Community Advisory Committee serving <br /> Cabarrus County and learned that another facility has been added to their <br /> responsibilities. The recent liceesing of the Retirement Center at First Assembly <br /> Church brings the total number of homes served to five which requires a committee of <br /> seven members. <br /> <br /> In addition, I request that a new committee member be appointed to fill the position <br /> presently held by Ms. Vicki Waddell. Ms. Waddell has not attended any of the <br /> committee meetings or required visits since her appointment last January. This has <br /> made it more difficult.for the other committee members to carry out their mandated <br /> responsibilities. <br /> <br /> Enclosed is a description of committee activities that explains the purpose and <br /> functioning of these committees to those persons being considered for appointment. <br /> <br /> I've also enclosed a sample application form that some counties utillze to make these <br /> appointments.
