Successful completion of the ptogram will be measured by <br />item 1~ of the OBA Client Ttacking Form for School Related <br />Programs. <br /> <br />2. Behavioral attitudinal checklist will be completed by <br />the classroom teacher at the conclusion of the group and <br />individual counseling experience as shown by item 15, <br /> <br />3. ~11 students, upon entering the therapeutic counseling <br />program, will be administered a self-concept test such as <br />Pierce-Harris Self-concept Scale. <br /> <br /> Each student, as he completes the group counseling <br />experiences, will be administered the same test as on <br />entering the program, <br /> <br />4. Based on information obtained F£om school records and/or <br />interviews with the school guidance counselor, principal, <br />teacher, student, agency referral sources, data will be <br />gathered concerning office visits ~or disciplinary reasons, <br />truancy, suspensions~ expulsions, and court referrals. <br /> <br /> <br />
