The Organization is directed by a governing body that reflects · <br /> the make up of the county with sufficient structure to imple- <br /> ment the project. <br /> <br /> 2. A recor~ of achievement in the community has been established <br /> <br /> 3. There is evidence of sound budgeting and accounting proceedure. <br /> <br /> 4. The program' has artistic value and strives for excellence. <br /> <br /> 5. Project facilities are adequate ~nd accessible.. <br /> <br /> 6. The needs.and'interests of Cabarrus County are met by the project. <br /> <br /> 7. The project has had adequate preliminary planning.'including <br /> methods and scope of promotion, publicity and ~valuation, <br /> including special populations whenever feasible. <br /> <br /> 8. The project reflects inovative thought and creativity or <br /> involves an art form not previously funded by G.R.A.P. <br /> <br /> 9. The project is designed to reach new audiences. <br /> <br />10. The project has strong community support reflected in <br /> contributions of cash and in-Rind services. <br /> <br />11. The project director ~as sufficient training and experience <br /> directly related to the needs and objectives of the project. <br /> <br />12. All deadlines are adherred to. <br /> <br />13. The organization is a member of Cabarrus Arts Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
