Vickie Waddeli, an appointee to the Domiciliary <br />Home Co~m~unity Advisory Co~ttee as nominated by the home adminis- <br />trators, bas failed to attend any advisory committee meetings or <br />made any of the required visits to the domiciliary homes since the <br />date of her appointment to the committee.
