D. Step 4 - Development and Presentation of Report: This hazard analysis was <br /> intentionally developed to be comprehensive in nature. In addition to the <br /> data contained in the Su~a~ of Findings table and related tables, it contains <br /> detailed information on hazards as shown in the Annexes. As such, it serves <br /> as basis for reports to local, State and Federal officials aslwell as the public. <br /> <br />III. PLAN OF ACTION: It is recommended that the following plan of action be approved <br /> by the governing bodies at county and city level: <br /> <br /> A. This hazard analysis be approved as the first step in the Integrated <br /> Emergency Management System (IEMS). <br /> <br /> B. This analysis be updated as factors used to develop it are changed. <br /> · C. The Coordinator, Emergency Management Agency, and other interested agencies <br /> be directed to pursue and complete step 2 of the IEMS process, i~e~ assess <br /> our capability for dealing with the hazards shown in the Table of Findings. <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
