(B) That the territory described in said petition is located in ---~ ~Q~B __ County contiguous to the present boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that no municipal corporation nor any part of the territory of a municipal corporation is included in said territory, nor is any part of a mill v~llage included in said territory· (C) That said petition was duly signed by all Of the owners owning rea]. property within the proposed territory to be anne×ed to the Kannapolis Sanitary District. (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action required by Article 2 Of Chapter 130Aof the General Statutes of North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District be taken so as to annex tbe territory described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary (E) That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and the territory requested to be annexed unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territory be included within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. Section 2. That the Sanitary District Board of tbe Kannapolis Sanitary District approve and does hereby approve the annexation of the territory described in said petltion unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District and does hereby recommend to the Board of CouBty Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus and the Board of County Coi~m%issioners of the County of Rowan tbat said Boards of Commissioners approve the annexation of such territory~ Section 3. That said Sanitary District Board does hereby recommend to the North Carolina Commission for Health Services that the North Caroli;~a Com~ission for Health Services approve the annexation of the territory described in said petition unto
