{B) That the territory described In said petition Is <br /> <br /> boundaries of the Kannapolla Sanitary District and that no <br /> municipal corporation nor any part of the territory of a <br /> municipal corporation is inclUded in said territory, nor ts any <br /> part o£ a mill villaqe included In said territory. <br /> <br /> (el That said petition was duly siqned by all of the <br /> <br /> owners owning real property within the proposed territory to be <br /> annexed to the iannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br />required by Article 2 of Chapterl30~of the General Statutes of <br />North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the <br /> <br />territory described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary <br /> <br /> (El That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis <br />Sanitary District and the territory requested to be annexed <br />unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territory be <br />included within the boundaries of the Kannapolts Sanitary <br />District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. <br /> <br />the annexation of the territory described in said petition unto <br />the Kannapolis Sanitary District and does hereby recommend to <br /> <br />the Board of County Comissioners of the County of Rowan that <br /> <br />territory. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
