m <br /> <br /> {B) That the territory described in said petition ia <br /> <br />boundaries of the Xannapolis Sanitary District and that no <br />municipal corporation nor any part of the territory of a <br />municipal corporation la included in said territory, nor is any <br />part of a mill village included tn said territory. <br /> <br /> (C} That said p~titlon was duly signed by all of the <br /> <br />annexed to the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br />required by Article 2 of Chapterl30Aof the General Statutes of <br />North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District ba taken so aa to annex the <br />territory described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary <br /> <br /> (E) That it is for the beat interest of the Kannapolis <br /> <br />Sanitary District and the territory requested to be annexed <br />unto the Kannapolia Sanitary District that said territory be <br />included within the boundaries of tbs Kmnnapolis Sanitary <br />District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br />the annexation of the territory described in said petition unto <br />the Kannapolis Sanitary District and does hereby recon~efld to <br />the Board of County Co~lsaioners of the County of Cabarrus and <br />the Board of County Co~nissionera of the County of Rowan that <br /> <br /> Section 3. That said sanitary District Board does hereby <br />recommend to the North Carolina Commission for Health Services <br />that the North Carolina Conuaissio~ for Health Services approve <br />the annexation of the territory described in s0id petition unto <br />the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> <br />
