Basically there is a neighborhood <br />squabble and one property owner has refused to sign the required dedication of <br />right-of-way agreement. The State cannot accept a street until all the required <br />right-of-way has been dedicated. I understand that the State even went so far as to <br />reduce the required right-of-way from sixty (60) feet to forty-five (45) feet but <br />to no avail. So this is the reason why Hoke Street has not been taken over by the <br />State. <br /> <br /> <br />
