The preliminary agenda for the conference is as follows: Wednesday, January 16 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Registration 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Establishment of Legislative Goals 5:0.0 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - New County Commissioners Session 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Reception 8:00 p.m. - Dinner Thursday, January 17 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Adoption of Legislative Goals (continued in afternoon if necessary) Conference Registration Registration fee for the Conference is $50.00, which includes the Wednesday reception and dinner. There is no registration fee for spouses. You may purchase, for your-spouse/guest, a reception ticket ($12.00) and/or dinner ticket ($18.00) by filling in the appropriate blank on the enclosed registration form. Hotel Reservations A Reservation form is enclosed for your use in making your room reservations. Our group room rates are $40 for a double or a single. Please note that one night's deposit must be mailed with your form in order to confirm your reservation. Cut-off date for our room block is January 2, so please be sure to return your Reservation Form directly to the Radisson High Point as soon as possible. Voting Delegates Enclosed is a Voting Delegate designation form which should be signed by the official selected by your county to serve as voting delegate at the Legislative Conference.
