made by reason of any other business or venture ~n which said not <br /> for profit corporation may engage and no part of said not for profit <br /> corporation's earnings if any, Shall ever innate to benefit of any <br /> person, form or corporatiOn other than the County. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. It is also understood and agreed that upon the <br /> <br /> payment in full of the financing fo~- any specific health facility, <br /> all right, title and interest in and to said health facility Shall <br /> revert to the County without any consideration free of any liens, <br /> leases or claims of any kind or nature whatsoever. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. Said Articles of Incorporation also shall provide <br /> <br /> thak upon the dissolution of the not for profit corporation (the <br /> "Authority") all of the property and assets of tile Authority, if <br /> any, after the payment of or provisions being made for all debts <br /> or liabilities, will be distributed to the Couqty. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. Neither Cabarrus Co%~'nty nor any County Commissioner <br /> <br />nor any director or officer of tile Authority shall be responsible <br />for any payment of interest or principal on any indebtedness incurred <br />through any financing vehicle issued by or given by the Authority <br />and the sole source of any such repayment shall be receipts received <br />by the Authority. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6. The County shall designate the directors of the <br /> <br />Authority who shall in turn elect its officers. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7. The County and tile Authority may e×ercise any and <br /> <br />all rights, powers and authority granted by the provisions of said <br />Chapter 55 A of the General Statutes of North Carolina, as amended <br />and such gther authority as the County may specifically grant and <br />authorize. <br /> <br /> <br />
