REsoLUTIoN OF INTENT AND ORDER <br /> SETTING :\ PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> PARTICIPATION PAVING <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners, having decided to finance a portion <br />of the property o~ners' share in the Participation Paving Program, does <br />hereby adopt tbe following resolntion: <br /> <br /> 1. The County intends to assess a certain portion of tbe · <br />owners of Wanderin~ Laae (SR~7 1233) <br />to pay a portion of the property owners' cost in connection with State <br />paving of said road. <br /> <br /> 2. The project is the paving of approximately t,638 linear <br />feet of stated road <br /> <br /> 3. The, basis for making the assessments shall be front footage <br />parsuant to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. The cost of the work that is to be specially assessed is <br /> <br />$2.00 per front foot f~r not more than 25% of the footage. <br /> 5, No assessments shall be held in abeyance. <br /> <br /> 6. Assessments' may be paid in full or in annual installments <br />over a five-year period pursuant to County policy heretofore adoRted. <br /> <br />7.
