NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COU~'.TY COM?,!ISS!O~!ERS OF THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS: (1) That the property owners' silare of one imorovements is hereby determined to be the amount shown therefore on said general plan map. (2) That tile Board of County Commissioners finds as a fact that each lot or tract abutting o~ the i,mproveme~ts has been specially benefitted by the improvements in the amount assessed against such lot or tract as shown by the preliminary assessmen~ roll. (3) That the general map is hereby confirmed at on the day of . 19 , and is hereby made the final assessment roll for the improvements. (4) That the Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to enter o~ the minutes of this Board and the assessment roll the date. hour ~nd minute of the confirmation thereof and to deliver a copy of tile assessmen~ roll to the County Tax Collector. -(5) That. after the expiration of twenty (20) days fro.~, this date, the County Tax Collector shall cause to be published one time in some newspaper published in tile County a notice that any assessments contained in tile assessment roll may be paid in full to the County Tax Collector without interest thereon at any time b~fore the ex- piration date of thirty (30) days. (6i That, if the owners of the lots or tracts against which tile assessments have been made do r~o~ exercise their option ~o pay the same in cash as herein before pro- vided in the original resolution providing financial 'assistance of the improvements, such installments to bear interest at the rate of twelve pervent (12%) per annum from this date. (7) That ~he first of the installments with ioterest thereon shall become due and payable thirty (30) days after the publication of the notice herein above required to be published, and one subsequent installment with interest thereon shall be due and payable on the same day of the same month of each successive year until the assessments have been paid in full.
