The unit shall abide by applicable <br />Hospital policies and procedures. <br /> <br /> 4. ~ompensation. As payment for such services, the Hospital shall pay to <br />the County monthly a sum equivalent to the salary and benefits cost of three <br />senior patrolmen and a Sheriff's Department lieutenant. <br /> <br /> 5. Amendment, This agreement may be amended from time to time by the <br />parties to provide additional coverage or fl~Mibility in the administration of <br />the security set~;ices program at the Hospital The parties shall consult with <br />the Sheriff of Cabarrus County in the establishment or implementation of any <br />changes to this agreement. <br /> <br /> 6. Termination.
