Our first requests have come from the United Love <br />Baptist Church Senior Club in Midland, and the Fourth Tuesday Club in <br />Concord. <br /> <br />The Aging Coordinator traveled to the office on Aging in Gaston County <br />on Februal~ 10 to get information on new programs, volunteerism, and <br />find the most effective ways to provide programs to large numbers of <br />gur older adults~ <br /> <br />The Aging Coordinator continues to seek information on Senior Centers <br />(programs, staffing, operations, services, how they affect the community, <br />families and individuals) at the request of the Senior Citizen's <br />Advisory Council. <br /> <br />The Senior Service Program consist of I staff person and senior citizens <br />serving as volunteers. <br /> <br /> Donna Plyler <br /> Aging Coordinator <br /> <br /> <br />
