Ail bidders for your county sho~!d be notified by you <br />of the acceptance or rejection of their bid and a copy of this notification sent <br />~o our office also by April 14~ 1983. A memo with the suggested wording for <br />this notification is enclosed. <br /> <br />This notification is needed not only for our files, but also to determine the <br />proper disposition of the bid deposits which Centralina is now holding from <br />each of the bidders. <br /> <br />We ask that you do not execute a contract with any bidder. Our aim is to ~ork <br />~-ith you to develop a ~odel contract just as we worked together on ~ha bid <br />specification package.
