(Butch) Chandler concerning what <br />properties owned by Hr.. Whitley were intended to be zoned I-X. It was <br />his,recollection that all of the property being used in an industrial <br />manner was intended to be zoned I-X. This problem arises from a mapping <br />error made in 1980 in the Cabarrus County Tax Happing Department. <br /> <br />pds <br /> <br /> <br />
