Hour) <br /> <br />Space Utilization Study - To include area and functional <br /> design studies and sketches to determine the adaptability <br /> of the existing building to each department's functional <br /> and circulation requirements, and space requirements <br /> for stairs, elevators, toilets, mechanical and electrical <br /> services. <br /> (4 }lours) <br /> <br />Analysis of guildin8 Systems and Materials - Recommendations <br /> of appropriate building mechanical and electrical <br /> systems. Recommendations of floor, walls, ceiling and <br /> roof materials systems to be used in restorution of <br /> new facility. Determination of insurance rate schedule <br /> reductions and payback period for installing s sprinkler <br /> system. <br /> (2 tlours) <br /> <br />Site Survey- Review of existing site conditions to determine <br /> scope of site work required to provide parking, adequate <br /> site drainage, grading and/or retaining wall requirements. <br /> (1 flour) <br /> <br />Project Cost Projections - 'lb include a tabulation of <br /> projected project cost for construction, professional <br /> fees, and coutengeucy. <br /> (2 ltonrs) <br /> <br />Written Report - Submission of a written report to summarize <br /> the results of our investigation and proposed recommendations. <br /> (8 Hours) <br /> <br />Presantatipn of Report - Presentation of the written report <br /> before the County Commissioners and Manager for their <br /> review and comments. <br /> (2 t!ours) <br /> <br /> ' I <br /> <br /> <br />
