NORTH CAROLINA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for Cabarrus <br /> County, North Carolina, that: <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners, having received a petition~ <br /> which petition is on file with the Clerk of the Board, requesting <br /> that the segment of Coventry Road described in the petition be <br /> closed, does hereby declare its intent to close that segment of <br /> Coventry Road located in Number Four Township, Cabarrus County, <br /> North Carolina, as is described in the petition, and does hereby <br /> set the 16Ih day of May , 1983, at 7:30 o'clock <br />P .m., ~ Commissioners' Room of the Cabarrus County Court- <br />house as the time and place at which it will hold a public hearing <br /> on this resolution of intent. <br /> <br /> <br />
