'-, ':'i <br /> <br /> The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: <br /> <br /> Section !. That it shall be unlawful for any person to operate any <br /> <br /> loudspeaker, amplifying system, or public address system, for the purpose <br /> <br /> of makiog voice, music or other sound audible outside of the structure or <br /> <br /> vehicle wherein the sound originates, unless the operator of such loudspeaker <br /> <br /> or amplifying system.has secured a permit from the board of cozmty co~unissioners. <br /> <br /> Such permits shall be issued only after a finding by the board that the <br /> proposed operation of such loudspeaker or amplifying system will not be <br /> injurious ~o the public welfare o~ the counny: Provided, that this A~t . <br /> <br /> shall non apply to any person operating such ~ound devices wholly within any <br /> structure or vehicle for the better hearing of guests or patrons therein; <br /> Provided, fur~he~,-.'th~5 this Act shall no~ prevent the use of such sound deoices <br /> when the purpose ~f ,~u_ch use is no prevent, loss of life or~ injury to persons <br />. or property. <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any/of the provisions of this Act shall <br /> be guilty of a misde~_meanor and. upon conviction, shall be punished by fine <br />~'"; or imprisonment, in the discretion of the colors. <br />-J Section 3. That this Act shall apply only no Cabarrus County. <br /> Section 4.
