That the Secr'etary of the Parkwood Sanitary District <br /> <br />Board of Commissioners certify to the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners for Cabarrus County a request that the Board of County <br />Commissioners levy no tax on the property in the County on <br />behalf of the District. <br /> <br /> The Parkwood Sanitary District Board, having certified to <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County its resolu- <br />tion to abolish the District's ad valorem tax levy on property <br />in Cabarrus County within the District as hereinabove set <br />forth, <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com~ <br />missioners for the County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> That no levy fo~ the Parkwood Sanitary District be in- <br />hluded in the next annuarl levy to be determined by the Board <br />of County Commissioners for the fiscal year 1983-84. <br /> <br /> Upon Motion of Commissioners , <br />seconded by Commissioner , the fore- <br /> <br />going resolution entitled "Resolution to Levy no Taxes for the <br />Parkwood Sanitary District for the Fiscal Year 1983-84" was <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: NOES: <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> <br />
