RESOLUTION OF INTENT AND ORDER <br /> SETTING A PUBLlC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> PARTICIPATION PAVING <br /> <br /> The Board of County Commissioners, having decided to finance a portion <br />of the property owners' share in the Participation Paving Program, does hereby <br />adopt the following resolution: <br /> <br /> 1. The County intends to assess a certain portion of the owners of <br /> <br /> Groff Street SR # 1420 to pay a portion of the property <br /> <br />owners' cost i~ connection with State paving of said road. <br />2. ~he project is the paving of approximately 645 linear <br /> <br />feet of stated road <br /> <br /> 3. The basis for making the assessments shall be front footage pursuant <br />to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. The cost of work that is to be specially assessed is $2.00 per front <br />foot for not more than 25% of the footage, <br /> <br /> 5. No assessments shall be held in abeyance. <br /> <br /> 6. Assessments may be paid tn full or i~ annual installments over a <br />five-year period pursuant to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br />7.
