RESOLUTION OF INTENT AND ORDER <br /> SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TIlE PURPOSE OF <br /> PARTICIPATION PAVING <br /> <br /> The Board of £ounty Commissioners, having decided to finance a portion <br /> of the property owners' share in the Participation Paving Program, does hereby <br /> adopt the Following resolution: <br /> <br /> 1. Th~ County intends to assess a certain portion of the owners of <br /> <br /> Wonderwood Lane SR # 1234 to pay a portion of the property <br /> <br />owners' cost in connection with State paving of said road. <br /> <br /> 2. ~he project is the paving of approximately 3160 linear feet <br /> <br /> of stated road <br /> <br /> - 3. The basis for making the assessments shall be front footage pursuant <br /> <br />to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. The cost of work that is to be specially assessed is $2.00 per front <br />foot for not more than 25% of the footage, <br /> <br /> B. No assessments shall be held in abeyance'. <br /> <br /> 6. Assessments may be paid in fu]l or in ~nnual installments over a <br />five-year period pursuant to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br />l.
