After we sent <br /> the articles to Raleigh for their approval, they requested that a <br /> change be made in the consortium articles, and we need a change to correct <br /> a typo also. Thus, I need to have each County Commission approve the <br /> amendments. We will thereafter have your Commission chairman sign the <br /> amendment. <br /> <br /> A copy of the amendment is enclosed, together wi th a resolution for <br /> your commissioners to approve. You should have in your files the original <br /> <br /> <br />
