August 19, 1983 <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> TO THE BOAR..D OF COMMISSIONERS:- <br /> <br /> Enclosed is a revision of' the Water Agreement between the <br /> County and the Board of Light and Water Commissioners. <br /> <br /> Paragraphs 1 and 8 have been redrafted from the Agreement <br /> discussed at your August 1 meeting, Paragraph 1 has been <br /> changed to make clear that the rate charged the County will be <br /> the best rate available to customers inside the City. Paragraph 8 <br /> has been changed to provide that to cancel the Agreement requires <br /> a five-year notice. <br /> <br /> This has been presented to the Board of Light and Water <br /> Commissioners who wanted it presented to you for your considera- <br /> tion prior to their action. <br /> <br /> If you have any questions or suggestions give me a call.
