NOW THEREFORE, BE ,.'T RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM~-,ISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY <br />OF CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> (!) That the property owners' share of the improvements is hereby del~ermined to <br />be the amount shown therefore on said general plan map, <br /> <br /> (2) That tile Board of County Commissioners finds as a fact that each lot or tract <br />abuttin§ oll the improvements bas been specially benefitted by the improvements in the <br />amount assessed against such lot or tract as shown by the preliminary assessment roll. <br /> <br /> (3) That the general map is hereby confirmed at on the <br />6th day of September , !9 83 , and is hereby made the final assessment <br />roll for the improvements. <br /> <br /> (4) That tile Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to enter on the minutes of this <br />Board and the assessment roil the date, hour and minute of the confirmation thereof and <br />to deliver a copy oF the assessment roll to the County Tax Collector. <br /> <br /> -(5) That, after the expiration of twenty (20) days from this date, the County <br />Tax Collector shall caose to be published one time in some newspaper published in tile <br />County a noLice that any assessments contained in the assessment roll may be paid in <br />full to the County Tax Collector without interest thereon at any time before the ex- <br />piration date of thirty (30) days. <br /> <br /> (6) That, if~the owners of the lots or tracts against which tile assessments have <br />been made do not exercise their option to pay the same in cash as herein before pro- <br />vided in the original resolution providing financial 'assistance of the improvements, <br />such installments to bear interest at the rate of twelve pervent (12%) per annum from <br />this date. <br /> (7) That tile first of the installments with interest (hereon shall become due <br />and payable thirty (30) days after the publication of the notice herein above required <br />to be published, and one subsequent installment with interest thereon shall be due and <br />payable on the same day of the same month of each successive year until the assessments <br />have been paid ill full. <br /> <br />DATED: September 6~_1983 <br /> <br />ATTEST: BOARD OF COUNTY CO.~MISSIONERS <br />Clerk to the Board of CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH CAROLII.IA <br />County Co~missioners <br /> <br /> BY: <br /> CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD <br /> <br /> Approved as to lorn! and legality <br /> <br /> COUNTY ATTORHEY <br /> <br /> <br />
