To be b6nnd by the provisions of the Equat Opportunity Clause: in construction wor!~ ?eriormed by Recipient and paid <br />for in whole or in part with the aid of such financial assistance. <br />3. To notify all prospective contractors to file the required ~Co.mpliance Slatement', Form FHA 400-6, with their bid~ <br />4. Form AD-425, ln.qtruction.~ to Contractors, will accmnpany the notice of award of the contract. <br />Bid conditions for ali nonexempt Federal and Federally assisted construction contracts require inclusion of the appropriate <br />"Hometown" or 'qmposed" plan affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements. All bidders must comply <br />Nth Ihe hid conditions contained in the invitation to bo considered responsible bidders and hence eligible for lhe award, <br /> 5. To assist and cooperate actively with the Farmers Rome Administration and the Secretary in obtaining tbecompliance <br />of contractors and subcontractors with the provisions of the Equal Opportunity Clause find the said rules, regufations,-and <br />orders~ to obtain and furnish to the Farmers Rome Administration and the. Secretary, Form AD-afi~, Certification-of <br />Ronsegregated Facilities, to submit the ~fonthty ~,tanpower Utilization Report, Optional Form 66, as required and such other <br />information as they may require tot the supervision of such compliance, and to other~,'ise assist the Farmers florae <br />Administration in the discharge of its prima~y responsibility for securing compliance, <br /> 6. To refrain fram entering into any contract, or extension br other modification of a contracl, subject to such Executive <br />O~der with a contractor debmred from Government c0ntra6ts or federally assisted construction contracts pomuant to. Part II, <br />Subpart D, of such Executive Order or to prior authority; and to carry out such sanctions and penalties for violation of the <br />provimons of the Equal Opportunity Clause as may be imposed upon contractors and subcontractors hy th~ Farmers ltome <br />Administration or the Secretary pursuant to such Subpa~t D. <br /> 7. That if Recipient fails or refuses to comply with these undertakings, the Farmers ltome Administration may take any <br />el all of the follo'~ang actions: fa) cancel, terminate, o~ suspend said financial assistance in whole or in pax~;(b)~fifrain <br />from extending any further assistance under tho program involved until satisfactory assurance of future compliance has Aden <br />received from Recipient; and (c) refer the case to the Office of Equal Opportunity, U. S.
