A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH <br /> <br />THE CABARRUS COUNTY WATER & SEWER STUDY CO}~!ISSION <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Water & Sewer Study Commission shall be established <br />for the purpose of developing plans with respect to water and sewer <br />resources and needs within Cabarrus County, and further, to recommend <br />means to implement these plans on behalf of the c~mmissioners and the <br />people of Cabarrus County. The Study C~mmission shall report back to <br />the Board of Commissioners within 90 days. <br /> <br /> <br />
