RESOLUTiOI~: OF ..... ~' <br /> ! 1~_~ ..... ~D ORDER <br /> SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PART! C!PATION PAVING <br /> <br /> The Board of County Commissioners, having decided to finance a portion <br /> <br />of the property owners' share in the Participation Paving Program, does hereby <br /> <br />adopt the following resolution: <br /> <br /> 1. The County intends to assess a certain portion of the owners of <br /> <br /> SR lq95 Roberta Place to pay a portion of the property <br /> <br />owners' cost in connection with State paving of said road. <br /> <br /> 2. The project is the paving of approximately 734 Lineal Feet <br /> <br /> 3. The basis for making the assessments shall be front footage pursuant <br />to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. The cost of work that is to be specially assessed is $2.00 per front <br />foot for not more than 25% of the footage, <br /> <br /> 5. No assessments shall be held in abeyance. <br /> <br /> 6. Assessments may be paid in full or in annual installments over a <br />five-year period pursuant to Co~mty policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br />7.
