RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the Board of Con~issioners of Cabarrus County received <br />the following resolution from the Town of Harrisburg: <br /> <br /> "By resolution tile Town of Harrisburg on September 12, 1983, <br /> voted to request that the revised Cabarrus County Animal <br /> Control Ordinance as adopted by the Cabarrus County Board <br /> of Commissioners in their meeting on Aogust 1, 1983, be <br /> enforced by the County within the confines of the to,~ <br /> limits of Harrisburg." <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Animal <br />Control Ordinance which was effective September 1, 1983, be and the <br />same shall hereby apply within the Corporate Limits of tile Town of <br />Harrisburg and the Cabarrus County Dog Warden and his assistants are <br />hereby instructed to enforce said Ordinance within the Corporate <br />Limits of the Town of Harrisburg. <br /> <br /> <br />
