SEPTIC/TANK LOT EVALUATION FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMEUT <br /> <br />For each septic tank permit issued our sanitarians average three (3) <br />on-site visits to a proposed site. ~n order to alleviate this <br />problem the following policy and fee schedule is proposed: <br /> <br /> 1. The applicant for a septic tank permit is entitled <br /> to request two (2) free inspections of property for <br /> soil analysis and potential siting of a septic tank. <br /> Any further requests for on-site visits will be <br /> handled under the following fee schedule: <br /> <br /> --Each additional visit will cost $25.00 <br /> <br /> -Visits initiated by our sanitarians will be at <br /> no cost to the applicant. <br /> <br /> 09/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
