McGinnis <br />DATE: September 29, 1983 <br />RE: Water Grant Agreement <br /> <br />The Water Grant Agreement which was adopted at the September 19, 1983, <br />meeting of the Board of County Commiasioners has a provision in that <br />agreement under Section D which specifies that the Grantee will adopt <br />by resolution the proposed water rate charge schedule. Attached is <br />the proposed water rate schedule as was submitted in the grant <br />application for the water grant that the Board would need to formally <br />adopt. In addition, the Board would need to readopt the Water Grant <br />Agreement so that the dates will correspond. <br /> <br /> <br />
