NORTH CAROLINA <br /> RESOLUTION <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina, that: <br /> <br /> Tho Board of Commissioners, having received a petition, which petition <br />is on file with the Clerk of the Board, requesting that the segment of Bar- <br />cliff Road described in tho petition be closed, does hereby declare its <br />intent to close that segment of Barcliff Road located in Number Nine <br />Township, Cabarrus Coqnty, North Carolia, as is described in the petition <br />and does hereby set the ]6 day of Oanuau¥ _, 1984, at Cabarrus Courthouse <br />o'clock 7:30P.b~, in the Commissioners' Room of the Cabarrus County Court- <br />house as the time and place at which it will hold a public hearing on this <br />resolution of intent. <br /> <br /> <br />
