McGinnis: <br /> <br /> At their regula~ monthly meeting on December 16, 1981, the Cabarrus <br /> County Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission took action on the <br /> fol lowi no recommendations: <br /> <br /> First, uoon a recommendation of a Nominating Committee the Board <br />voted unanimously to recommend to the Cabarrus Board of County Com- <br />missioners that John Parker, M~ L. Barnes_.and Jim Herllt~_~e_zzei~]!Dointe_~dd <br />to a three year ~ on the Park and Recreation Commission. These <br />~len are eligible to serve one additional term on the Co,m~ission <br />as allowed in the Resolution creating the Cabarrus County Parks and <br />Recreation Advisory Commission. <br /> <br /> In addition, upon a recommendation of the Nominating Committee, <br /> the Board unanimously elected Jim Herman as its Chairman for the <br />1982 Calendar Year. Gerald Nichols was elected Vice-Chairman and N.L. <br />Barnes .,ember-at-Larae on the Executive Committee.
