At this time we request nomination <br /> as the Local Distributing Agent for grassroots bands through the <br /> North Carolina Arts Council. <br /> <br /> Cabarrue Arts Goancil has been Incorporated and Chartered' for <br /> 18 ~onths and we have attracted all the major art groups to <br /> our membership. Through direct Funding of visual and perform- <br /> ing arts thousands of the county residents have felt the impact <br /> of th~ Council. There is still much to do and a most efficient <br /> method of funding all the local arts groups is through one Local <br /> Distributing Agent. The local arts groups understand this pro- <br /> cess and feel that it will increase support and interest in all <br /> cultural endeavors. <br /> <br /> We will be happy to share some of our future plans with you at <br /> the January &th meeting and also answer any questions you may <br /> have. <br /> <br /> <br />
