Chandler, Jr./Director of Planning <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Formal Adoptioe of Interim Comprehensive Framework for Lalld <br /> USa Policies <br /> <br />DATE: December 30, 1981 <br /> <br />During the month of December~ 1980, the Board of County Con~issioners <br />participated in a work session for the purpose of reviewing and re- <br />affirming the previously adopted land use polices. The previous Board <br />of Coanty Commissioners adopted the land use policies included within <br />the County's "Land Development Plan, Overall Economic Development Plan <br />and Housing Plan". <br /> <br />Attached is the senario of these policies utilized at this work session <br />last December. <br /> <br />In the absence of a comprehensive plan setting forth all of the County's <br />land use objectives, prehaps an interim comprehensive framewor~ should <br />formally be adopted.
