The Board of Commissioners for ~he County of Cabarrus, <br />North Carolina, met in regular session in t~le Commissioners' <br />Meeting Room of the CoUnty Courthouse in Concord, North <br />Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 7:00 P.M. on <br />February 15, 1982. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman Ralph C. Bonds, presiding, and <br />Commissioners <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br /> Also present: Blair D. Bennett, Finance Officer, and <br />Frankie F. Small, Clerk of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> Commissioner introduced the <br />following two orders authorizing bonds which were read: <br /> <br /> ORDER AUTHORIZING $17,300,000 SANITARY <br /> SEWER BONDS <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDERED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br />County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> 1. That, pursuant to The Local Government Bond Act, as <br />amended, the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, is hereby <br />authorized to contract a debt, in addition to any and all <br />other debt which said County may now or hereafter have power <br />or authority to contract, and in evidence thereof to issue <br />Sanitary Sewer Bonds in an aggregate principal amount not <br />exceeding $17,300,000 for the purpose of providing funds, <br />with any other available funds, for constructing a portion <br />of a sanitary sewer system for said County, including the <br />construction of a sewage treatment plant, the construc- <br />tion and installation of sewage interceptor mains, sewage <br /> <br /> <br />
