The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, <br />North Carolina, met in regular session in the Commissioners' <br />Meeting Room of the County Courthouse in Concord, North <br />Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 9:30 A.M., on <br />I~arch 1, 1982. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman Ralph C. Bond~, presiding, and <br />Commissioners <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br /> The Chairman announced that this was the hour and day <br />fixed by the Board of Commissioners for the public hearing <br />upon the orders entitled: "ORDER AUTHORIZING $17,300,000 <br />SANITARY SEWER BONDS" and "ORDER AUTHORIZING $7,700,000 <br />WATER BONDS", and that the Board of Comn, issioners would <br />immediately hear anyone who might wish to be heard on the <br />questions of the validity of said orders or'the advisability <br />of issuing said bonds. <br /> <br /> No one appeared, either in person or by attorney, to be <br />heard on the questions of the validity of said orders or the <br />advisability of issuing said bonds and the Clerk of the <br />Board of Commissioners announced ~]at no written statement <br />relating to said questions had been received. <br /> <br /> <br />
