Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner .. .... , <br /> <br />seconded by commissioner and carried, <br /> <br />the order introduced and passed on first reading on February <br />15, 1982 entitledi "ORDER AUTHORIZING $17,300,000 SANITARY <br />SEWER BONDS" was read a second time and placed upon its <br />final passage.
