Chandler, Jr./Director of PlanningS. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Validation of Paving Petitions and Request <br /> for Public Hearing <br /> <br />DATE: March 8, 1982 <br /> <br />The property owners on the following roads bare petitioned the County <br />to have their roads paved through the Partidi~atio~"PavihgPr~gra~,. <br />they are: ' - <br /> <br /> SR ~1857 Blue Ridge Drive <br /> SR ~1376 Dulin Avenue <br /> SR #1223 Appaloosa Lane <br /> <br />The petitions have been researched utilizing the records in the Register <br />of Deeds and County Tax Supervisors offices and then formally validated <br />on March 8, 1982. <br /> <br />Therefore, ~the Plapning Department requests that a public-hearing be <br />scheddled for April5, 1982~to be held during the County Commissi6ners' <br />regularl~ schedul&d meeting. At that time the Board of Commissioners <br />may determine if the County will participaue financially in the paving <br />of the above designated roads. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter. <br /> <br /> <br />
