~2. ~o follow ~ith no deviations, Commission reco~nendations on all phases of fisheries m~]agement applicable to said lake which may include, but not be limited to, removal of predator, forage, and undesirable species of fish, restocking, harvest, creel and size limits, and all other management practices not incompatible with the primary purposes of the lake as may be recommended by authorized Division ~erson~, el as part of a project to manage the lake and to produce more game fish for the angler. 3. To provide the manpower necessary to carry out the basic management plan proposed by the 0ommiesion. ;.. To permit ingress, egress and regress to Commission personnel engaged in collecting and evaluating management practices applied in accordance with the basic plan. 5. To collect valid and complete catch data when deemed necessary by the Commission, and to maintain this information eo forms provided by the Commission £or -- analysis by the Commission. 6. To ensure proper recognition is given the Wildlife Resources Commission in a]_l brochures, advertisements, etc. concerning recreational fishing in the managed lake. 7. To permit fishing by the general public, without discrimination and on s schsd~ule consistent with the Wildlife Commission Regulations, the primary water-use £undtion of the reservoir, and the Co~mission biologist's management recommendations. 8. To provide the Commission with an annual statement of fishing related receipts and e~xpenditures and to ensure that no profit (is. receipts greater than expenditures) will be realized through fishing fees charged by the city. IT IS MUTUALLY AGRRR. D: 1. That this Agreement shall become effective as soon as signed by both parties and sba1] continue in force until terminated by either party upon 60 days notice in vrriting to the other of intention to terminate upon an indicated date.
