~2. ~o follow ~ith no deviations, Commission reco~nendations on all phases of <br /> fisheries m~]agement applicable to said lake which may include, but not be limited <br /> to, removal of predator, forage, and undesirable species of fish, restocking, <br /> harvest, creel and size limits, and all other management practices not incompatible <br /> with the primary purposes of the lake as may be recommended by authorized Division <br /> ~erson~, el as part of a project to manage the lake and to produce more game fish for <br /> the angler. <br /> 3. To provide the manpower necessary to carry out the basic management plan <br /> proposed by the 0ommiesion. <br /> ;.. To permit ingress, egress and regress to Commission personnel engaged in <br /> collecting and evaluating management practices applied in accordance with the basic <br /> plan. <br /> 5. To collect valid and complete catch data when deemed necessary by the <br /> Commission, and to maintain this information eo forms provided by the Commission £or <br />-- analysis by the Commission. <br /> 6. To ensure proper recognition is given the Wildlife Resources Commission in <br /> a]_l brochures, advertisements, etc. concerning recreational fishing in the managed <br /> lake. <br /> 7. To permit fishing by the general public, without discrimination and on s <br /> schsd~ule consistent with the Wildlife Commission Regulations, the primary water-use <br /> £undtion of the reservoir, and the Co~mission biologist's management recommendations. <br /> 8. To provide the Commission with an annual statement of fishing related receipts <br /> and e~xpenditures and to ensure that no profit (is. receipts greater than expenditures) <br /> will be realized through fishing fees charged by the city. <br /> IT IS MUTUALLY AGRRR. D: <br /> 1. That this Agreement shall become effective as soon as signed by both parties <br /> and sba1] continue in force until terminated by either party upon 60 days notice in <br /> vrriting to the other of intention to terminate upon an indicated date. <br /> <br /> <br />
