Greeson with information on employmenn of a Housing Authority <br /> Director. <br /> <br /> A-95 Activities <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> Public Safety Activities <br /> <br />- Met with Dr. Gene Phillips, Dr. Douglas Hammer and Linda Rhodes~ ~N at <br /> Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. We discussed what the ~MS section could do for <br /> Cabarrus MemoriAl Hospital in the area of continuing education for the <br /> emergency room personnel and the ambulance service personnel, protocol <br /> workshops, etc. The meeting was very productive and I intend to meet with <br /> the nursing supervisors in early February. <br /> <br />- Met with Ben Mabrey and Harold Scarbrough - Sheriff.Department Communication <br /> Supervisor - discussed the need for training of dispatchers in ~S calls. <br /> Learned what areas of training were important to the Cabarrus emergency <br /> medical dispatcher. <br /> <br />- Met with the ~S Communications Steering Committee no discuss findings of <br /> technical advisor's report. <br /> <br /> - Contacted the Governor's Crime Commission on behalf of Cabarrus County <br /> Department of Social gervice's Temporary Shelter Care project. Information <br /> was gathered concerning future funding possibilities. <br /> <br /> - Smoke at Interagency Council on COG, CPR and Poison Prevention. Found four <br /> p~rsons wanting co become instructors for their particular agencies. <br /> <br /> - Firmed up class for Health Department employees, March 25, four hour Heart <br /> Saver class. <br /> <br /> - Convinced Naegele to post bill boards in Cabarrus for CPR. <br /> <br /> _ Met with J. L. Greeson, Captain Smith and David Clay regarding classes for <br /> city employees. Class for police scheduled through Rowan Tech for March, <br /> J. L. Greeson will then consider training other employees in CPR. <br /> <br /> Manasement and Fiscal Assistance Activities <br /> <br /> - Met with J. L. Greeson to discuss the Risk Management Continuing Services <br /> Program. <br /> <br /> <br />
