McGinnis/County Manage,r ~ <br /> FROM: Peggy Starr/Plannieg Department <br /> SUBJECT: Paving Participation Public Hearing <br /> DATE: April 13, 1982 <br /> <br />The property owners of the following roads; <br /> <br /> Blae Ridge Drive SR #t857 <br /> Appaloosa Lane SR #1223, and <br /> Dulin Avenue SR #1376 <br /> <br />have requested assistance to pave their roads using the Participation <br />Paving Program, <br /> <br />Attached you will find all the pertinent information regarding ttmse <br />requests for the first public hearing scheduled for April 19tb at 7:30 <br /> <br />If the Board of Commissioners decide in favor of the requests at the <br />public hearing.on April lgth, then a second and final public hearing <br />will need to scheduled. <br /> <br />We would like to request that this second public hearing be set for <br />May 17, 1982 and be held during the Commissioners' regularly scheduled <br />meeting.
