GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA <br /> SESSION 1981 <br /> RATIFIED BILL <br /> <br /> CEAPTER 568 <br /> <br /> SENATE BILL 2~g <br /> <br />AN ACT TO ALLOW CABARRUS COUNTY TO NAME PRIVATE ROADS IN <br /> <br /> 0NINCORPORATED AREAS, AND SIMPLIFY THE PROCESS OF NAMING ROADS <br /> <br />IN THAT COUNTY. <br />The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 3, Chapter 1319, Session Laws of <br />1979 (Second Session 1980) is amended by adding the following new <br />sentence: "Tkis act also applies to Cabarrus County." <br /> <br /> Sec. 2.
