CABARRUS COUNTY tN~;ITATION TO BID INSUR.~;CE PACKAGE This is an invitation to provide a quotation for insurance coverage and sea;ice as specifically outlined in the attached documents. This coverage will cover Cabarrus County as the named insured. The information submitted is correct ~o the best of our knowledge and belief as of the data of this request. Please Be advised that you may elect co inspect and/or verify any of the information provided and will receive our complete coopera- tion in doing so. You may request any additional information you feel you may reasonably require in order no provide your most advantageous quote for the County. No reasonable request will be denied. A prabid conference will be held Monday, May 13, 1982 at 10:00 A.M. in the County Courthouse. Any questions concerning specifications will be answered at this pre- bid conference. Bids will be opened Thursday, June 17, lg82 at 2:00 P.M. Bids should be returned to Cabarrus County, Attention: Blair Bennett, Finance Director, Post Office Box 707, Concord, North Carolina~ 28205. Late bids will not 5e considered. Ail quotes should be valid for ninety days~ In those areas where coverages exist, the County reserves the right to allow existing coverage to e:~pire before acquiring that par~ of the quoted coverage, where co do otherwise would cause shorn rate cancellation or other financial burden co Be placed on the County. Quotes should be given by category, i.e., automobile, general liability, property, etc. W~ere options are requested, the price of each option should be listed separately on the proposal sheet as indicated.
