(c) That at said referendum there were submitted <br /> <br /> to the qualified voters of said County the following questions: <br /> <br /> Shall the order adopted on March 1, 1982, <br /> authorizing not exceeding $17,300,000 <br /> Sanitary Sewer Bonds of the County of <br /> Cabarrus, North Carolina, for the purpose of <br /> providing funds, with any other available <br /> funds, for constructing ~ portion of a <br /> sanitary sewer system for said County, in- <br /> cluding the construction of a sewage treat- <br /> ment plant, the construction and installa- <br /> tion of sewage interceptor mains, sewage <br /> outfall mains, sewage force mains, a sewage <br /> pumping station and appurtenant facilities <br /> to transport sewage to said sewage treatment <br /> plant and a sewage treatment plant owned by <br /> the City of Concord, North Carolina for <br /> treatment and the acquisition of any neces- <br /> sary land, rights of way and equipment, and <br /> authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount <br /> sufficient to pay the principal of and the <br /> interest on said bonds, be approved? <br /> <br /> Shall the order adopted.on March 1, 1982, <br /> authorizing not exceeding $7,700,000 Water <br /> Bonds of the County of Cabarrus, North <br /> Carolina, for the purpose of providing <br /> 'funds, with any other available funds, for <br /> constructing a portion of a water system <br /> for said County, including the construction <br /> and installation of water mains and lines, <br /> water storage tanks, water pumping stations <br /> and appurtenant facilities for the distri- <br /> bution of water to be provided by the City <br /> of Concord, North Carolina and Stanty <br /> County, North Carolina and the acquisition <br /> of necessary land, rights of way and equip- <br /> ment, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an <br /> amount sufficient to pay the principal of and <br /> the interest on said bonds, be approved? <br /> <br /> (d) That no complaints have been made to this <br />Board against the regularity of said referendum.~ <br /> <br />(e) That said referendum and the registration <br />therefor were duly and properly held in accordance with law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
