Grantee agrees to encourage the coordination of youth services within <br /> the county by holding a meeting at [east quarterly of representatives of <br /> programs and agencies providing delinquency prevention and treatment <br /> services, including at least the following: school system(s), mental <br /> health, social services, local !aw enforcement agencies, all programs <br /> currently or previously funded with either LEAA, JJD?, or CBA funds, and <br /> the county's juvenile justice task force. Grantee agrees to provide <br /> minutes of meetings to the Division of Crime Control within two weeks of <br /> the end of each quarter. <br /> <br /> 2. Grant funds are not to be used to replace any state, local or other <br /> non-federal funds. <br /> <br /> 3. Grantee must have adequate accounting syste~ for the central office to <br /> bill this grant for the time an individual works on this projec~ when <br /> only a portion of their time is chargeable to the grant. <br /> <br /> LEAA regulations~ which reflect OMB Circular A-102, Attachment P, requxres <br /> that all subgrantees have audits made of federal Funds at least every two <br /> years. The audit of federal funds shall be part of the governmeut's <br /> regular ~nnual audit, and shall include assurance that the government <br /> complied with special conditions of the grant contract. A copy of the <br /> auditor's opxnion and a certification of the comF[iance of any special <br /> condition mus~ be furnished the Governor's Crime Commission upon completion <br /> of the audit, <br /> <br /> <br />
