Patterson, District Engineer <br /> North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> <br />DATE: August 17, 1982 <br /> <br />lleritage Drive and Pine Cape Court were approved for addition to the <br />state secondary road system by the Cabarrus County Board of Commis- <br />sioners on July 14, 1980, The Department of Transportation was unable <br />to obtain the necessary right-of-way for these two roads until this <br />month. Legal counsel has advised us that a new resolution {rom the <br />Board of Commissioners approving the addition of these two roads to the <br />state system would be needed as two members of the present Board were <br />not serving as Commissioners in July, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />
