NORTH CAROLINA STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> REQUEST FOR ADDITION TO STATE MAINTAIHED SECONDARY ROAD SYSTEM <br /> <br />North Carolina <br />County of Cabarrus <br />Road Description Pineca~e Ct. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with the Board of County <br />Coamissioners of the County of Cabarrus requesting that the above de- <br />scribed road, the location of which has been indicated in red on the attached <br />map, be added to the Secondary Road System; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of the opinion that the <br />above described road should be added to the Secondal~ Road System, if the <br />road meets minimum standards and criteria established by tile Division of <br />Highways of the Department of Transportation for the addition of roads to <br />the System, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />the County of Cabarru$ _ that the Division of Highways is hereby requested <br />to review the above described road, and to take over the road for maintenance <br />if it meets established standards and criteria. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Commssloners of <br />the County of Cabarrus at a meeting on the 14th day of _JJJly <br />19 80 . <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand and official seal this the 14th____ day of .Inly , 19~0 · <br /> <br /> Clerk, Board of Commissioners <br /> County of Cabarru~ <br /> <br />Form SR-2 (7-77) <br /> <br />PLEASE NOTE: <br /> <br />Forward direct with request to tile Division Engineer, Division of Highways <br /> <br /> <br />
