C. 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. McGinnis: <br /> <br /> Attached you'will find a Bid Tabulation Sheet for the Bids received <br /> on September 13, 1982 for the Phase [, Stage II construction contracts <br /> fo~ Frank Liske Park. Also attached you will find a copy of a Budge~ <br /> Analysis which includes several Deducts recomlended by the Architect <br /> and a summary of tile Contract Per Area compared to the Budget Estimate <br /> submitted to the Board of Co~mliss~oners on March 23, 1982. <br /> <br />I recommend to you and the Cabarrus Board of Commissioners that the <br />Bid be awarded to Moretti Construction Co. in the sum of $180,000 <br />with the addition of alternate number 3 at a cost of $4,900.00 less <br />the deductions of ~4,554.00 which would bring the total Contract Award <br />to $180,346.00 This compares to our original Budget Estimate of <br />$173',200~00.
